Don’t bother. Seriously just keep looking. The service is simply atrocious. The food is meh at best. The beer was good at least. I wouldn’t suggest this place for anyone.
With all the great places around the mall why come here.
Best part after not bringing 2 orders( mine & sons) they still charged me for the food

Went on Wednesday of opening week. Very noisy and service is very shaky…took 45 mins just to get an appetizer order of 6 wings. Other selections came just a bit quicker. Working out the kinks I suppose. To be fair, it was only their third day open so you have to cut them some slack.
It reminded me of Hooters, but with fully clothed guys & girls in black & yellow, instead of Playmate wannabes in orange short shorts & tight white tees with the owl on them. I imagine that it must be a lot of fun watching NFL games there with friends.
They told us that there are 55 TVs all around the place…an amazing number considering it’s not a large building. We took their word for it, but will suggest that counting them will give you something to do when waiting for your food.

Sitting at the bar was a smart choice as we heard that some tables were taking almost 2 hours to get served. Plus our bartender Lisa was great. Extremely friendly and helpful…a real sweetheart. All the qualities you’d want in a server, especially when your patience is being tested. When another, less capable bartender (not mentioning any names) took my wife’s last drink order at 6:55 as happy hour was about to end, and rung it up at 7:02 at twice the price, we told Lisa and she immediately comped the drink and apologized.
The draft beer selection is extensive (26, I believe), but was disappointed that with that much variety, they didn’t have my favorite, Amber Boch, and the bar itself is on the small side. The wings, other appies and the entree we shared were all very good once they were finally brought to us.

Overall…will go back again to see if they’ve stepped up their game in a few weeks, but only at happy hour (4-7), as the large drafts are $3 and select appies are $5. Hopefully the food will arrive before the third round of drinks this time.
